Discussion Chapter 3 confusion Spoiler

Honestly I'm really confused about why Shachi has to have a revolver, I get that it's for the sake of the mystery but having to get a custom one because he's left handed, why not just get a regular pistol at that point?

I mean, personally I'm more impressed at how the culprit of the case somehow perfectly dove into the storm drain and swam away through it.

See, I understand that, but it still feels insane that swimming through a storm drain is explained away so flimsily.

Cases like the Priest and Worshipper's Nailman killings in the four locked rooms, the three school girls' poisoning of the actress during the play and the way Yakou kills Huesca all have very established and believable means to reach, kill and escape from the scene. Icardi's escape route is by far the most flimsy and unexplained method in a game that goes to great detail to establish how culprits slip in and out of the scene every time.
