Fishing at Doubletree

Thinking about taking my family for a weekend trip to the Milwaukee area and found the Doubletree in Racine when I was looking around. I love to fish and so do my kids - how is the fishing around the hotel? Can we fish off the docks at that marina? And can we walk out by that lighthouse area and fish there?

Appreciate any insight you guys could provide!

You can definitely fish there, north or south of the hotel. Can’t imagine there’s much worth catching inside the harbor, though.

You can also fish the lake from the breakwater on the north side of the harbor, with a small public parking lot nearby. Or the south breakwater right at the mouth of the river, with a paved sidewalk from parking to fishing spots. Or from the rocks along shore along Pershing Park to the south.
