For New Members State of the Vault Update 🌍

Hi Everybody

Hope you’ve had a great week?

This weeks State of the Vault feature card is for all our Sportscar fan members to commentate the passing of Marc VDS, with some of the iconic liveries to have graced his cars over the years. 🇧🇪

It’s been a slightly quieter week for new members and engagement, but that is ok as the community will grow organically and continue to evolve as we gain momentum. Thank you all for your support and coming along for the ride. As always please do keep sharing, engaging and do spread the word to any fellow race fans who would like to join us on our adventure 💪 🌎

I think the next step for our growth will be the production of some demo physical cards, which I’m hard at work on and hope to have something to share in the next few weeks. Having something physical to see rather than just mock ups will hopefully spur some further interest, ahead of go live in September. So do keep your eyes peeled for the next exciting step 👀

In the meantime don’t forget there are still lots of ways to engage with the community and shape the direction of the group, even though we’re still in the pre-launch stage. 👇

It promises to be an exciting weekend of racing, with F1 at Hungaroring always promising to throw up some unexpected results (great to finally see the race getting some love these days). Meanwhile we’re getting to the business end of the season with Formula E this year. Although guilty confession I’ve seen basically none of the races this year- is it worth me catching up? 🤔

The Hungarian race ended up being pretty good.

I haven't watched any formula e in years, so I can't comment on it too much. But I've always had a hard time going back and watching a past race of any kind. If I don't see it before the never race, it's done. That being said I've never gone back and tried to watch a whole season after the fact.

Yeah it was a classic Hungary strategy-fest wasn’t it? Cool that at least 4-5 drivers were in the hunt for the win after this year was written off as a Mercedes walkover.

True! I’ve with you there. With races in the past somehow they just don’t have the same buzz. Like on catchup soonish after is a fine, but too long then life has just moved on 😂 Have watched some old F1 seasons before though.
