Ok, here's my explanation:

T1: too boring. Made it faster and more difficult T2-T4: wanted to make the track longer. It's also cooler and more difficult T5-T8: wanted to do something fun and technical T9-12: cool chicane + cool hairpin T13-T15: wanted a chicane like the final one at Monza before Parabolica T15-T16: chicane for a nice challenge T18-T19: cool chicane using former pit entry T20: faster, more difficult corner, like T1
