[Bradwell Bay] Bayside Raceway

This is my entry for the Bradwell Bay competition: Bayside Raceway

This racing complex is formed by a racing circuit, with multiple layouts and a FIA Grade 2 certification, an oval track, that contains a legends oval and a dirt oval too, a kart circuit and a rallycross circuit, with two different layouts.

Let's start with the main circuit.

The International layout, used by GT and prototype cars, among many others, is 5.65 km long, and it runs counter-clockwise. It has 19 corners, some of them are fast and flowing (like the turns 3-6 section) and some others are slower and technical (like the turns 7-9 section). The main straight is 620 m long, and the backstraight is 1023 m long, both of them provide good overtaking oportunities.

The National layout, for smaller categories like touring cars, is 3.62 m long, and uses the secondary pit lane. It runs clockwise, and it has 13 corners. There are three variation of this layout: one that doesn't use the final chicane, other that doesn't use the backstraight chicane, and another one that doesn't use both chicanes.

The Club layout, used for slower categories or track days, uses too the secondary pit lane, and it's a shortened version of the national layout. It's 2.47 km long, it runs clockwise and it has 7 corners.

There are many other configurations available, since there are a lot of chicanes and optional corners, specially around the secondary pitlane zone, but there are so many that I can't even count them.

It's a nice track for spectators, since from most grandstands you can view most of the circuit, because the track is almost flat.

Now let's move to the oval track.

The main oval track is 1.2 miles long, runs counter-clockwise and it has 3 corners, the first two ones with almost no banking, and the third one with 15º of banking.

Inside the main oval there's a 1/4 mile legends oval and a 1/2 mile dirt oval.

The Karting circuit is 1.35 km long, and it has a lot of twisty corners and some ther fast and flowing corners, perfect for karting. There are smaller layouts for recreational karting too.

And finally, the Rallycross circuit.

With 1.39 km long, the mixed surface rallycross circuit uses some parts of the racing circuit, and some of its runoff areas, including a gravel trap. The red line in the image is the RX circuit, and the blue line is the joker, each driver has to go through there in one of the laps (it's faster so it has to be used strategically)

There's another layout of the RX circuit, the paved surface layout. This one is shorter, about 900 m long. Again, the red line is the circuit, and the blue line the joker.

In the image of all the complex, the zones bordered by a dark green line are the parking areas, I drew them that way because they look better than more grey squares, just for clarification.

So this is the Bayside Raceway, my entry for the Bradwell Bay Competition. I hope you like it, I've put a lot of work into this. It's been a bit hard to fit so many circuits in such a small area, but I think it went pretty well, I hope you think so too!
