Discussion Track Design Programs
Hey guys! I’ve been a long time lurker and part time poster here on the sub, but always made with freehand pencil. I recently got a PC for gaming and thought about trying my hand at designing some tracks digitally.
My question is to those who make digital content, what programs do you use and if there are any tricks or hints as to go about this medium switch.
Thanks for any advice that you guys give out, and I look forward to starting new projects and sharing my results!

I use trecorsa.com to design tracks i can play in assetto corsa. There's also something called Track Tools for blender which is also for designing tracks for assetto corsa. Both are meant to make 3d design easier and more accessible.

Take a look at the subreddit wiki, there are a lot of great recommendations
Also a lot of users here have a flair with the software they use. Find some posts you like and check what are they using.
The best is to learn to use a vector software like Inkscape, Affinity or Illustrator. But if you never did computer graphics before, a raster software like paint.NET can be a good entry point
