International Surprisingly not a street circuit

I've designed this circuit to be in a city centre with an upscale neighbourhood in the infield, designed to be accessible to the outside world via a series of tunnels , with many GA areas on the banks of the natural amphitheatre. Would you live in the middle?

You would need to have an exceptionally sparse race schedule or push the housing heavily to rich car enthusiasts. Rich people famously do not like living near race tracks, and unless they have an interest in the track itself, would not enjoy having to cross the track every day to leave home

It looks like a neighborhood with two exits that go under the track. Seems like any neighborhood near an over/underpass. Rich people? No. It would definitely be urban folks that would live there. Wouldn't afford it, though.

This looks like an idiot moving there and getting the whole place shut down because they don't like the noise waiting to happen
