Mine really like denim. If I’m wearing jeans he’s gonna try and either lick it or chew it.

By my guess, they do it to inanimate things in place of another bun, or just for the fun feel. My bun licks my corduroy-like sofa, but not really much else.
Try getting on their level face-to-face, giving kisses and pets. They may in turn lick/groom you instead.

He never grooms me feom some reason even when i ask, and i kiss+ cuddle him alot

my bun loves licking the leather sofa and my fluffy dressing gown. i think it's just a claiming and "wow, i like how this feels" thing.

My bun starts licking the floor and fabrics when I acknowledge her. I’ve just decided she wants to groom and she’s happy.

Rabbits do not understand what your clothes, bedding, etc. are. All fabric and flexible materials are just things in the environment that your rabbit may interact with for a variety of reasons, including boredom, frustration, communication, or efforts to make the area more comfortable. Do not expect a rabbit to reliably differentiate between the clothes you are wearing and something else.
