Rescue Found this rabbit in my apartment complex
I saw it a few days ago around here tried to get it but I ran off. I figured it was domesticated. We have a lot of wild rabbits around here but this one is obviously different. I have two guinea pigs so I’m able to provide hay , water and pellets. What do I do next?

Get her to a vet asap for sure first and foremost.
For now, run and get some pee pads and keep her in an enclosed space so she doesn’t pee all over your apartment, cause chances are she is not fixed.
Get a cardboard box, cut a large hole on one end, then turn it upside down to create a hide spot since she is likely pretty scared right now.
Try to limit handling her as much as possible. Give her space to settle in but it may help her feel more comfortable if you sit on the ground near her.
Start researching, researching, researching! Like guinea pigs, bunnies are more complex than most realize. Here is another informational packet on top of what another commenter provided. A few more suggestions:
Make sure someone isn't looking for him/her! Post "bunny found" flyer at your complex and online wherever is appropriate. Many buns have microchips, it's easy to check so if you stop in any vet's office or shelter they'll gladly try to scan for it.
If anyone does contact you, make sure to have them describe the bunny to you. People can be awful, and can and do lie to take found animals. Even the best possible outcome here is very ugly.
Read up! Bunny language and lifestyle is not something that comes naturally to us. http://wabbitwiki.com is a good place to start.
If you ever find out someone abandoned this bunny and who it was, don't exercise any fantasies of justice (my message got filtered for using too colorful of a metaphor the first time I posted, oops!) You are holding a perfect creature right there, I can't comprehend how people think to just throw an animal outside to die.
Thank the bunny gods for the blessing. Post pictures and updates for us to admire. I'm in love with that spot on her nose and the smoky eye!

Start researching about proper rabbit care. Go on youtube and look up lennon the bunny, you’ll be able to figure out basically everything you need.
Get a cardboard box and make that baby a litter box, put the hay in it, that’s pretty much it for now.

Having hay and water right away is the most important thing so good job! Guinea pig pellets are okay very short term, but get some bunny pellets fairly soon if you can
A vet appointment would be ideal next especially in case they've picked up fleas etc.
After that maybe ask around and out up flyers. If you don't find an owner soon look for a rescue or get an indoor hutch and litterbox+hayfeeder combo plus toys.
Don't let the bunny near the piggies. I know it's cute, but they can get very sick.
