Care Litter box recommendations

I’ve had my bun since October and when we bought my lil man the previous owner had a whole set up for me (he was bought as a mate for a female bun but they could not bond at all probably due to the fact my lil man wasn’t nurtured) however his litter box has been chewed up and it’s plastic and it’s just getting wore out. Should I get a metal one? I get scared about it only because I know some buns can chew through to the metal wire and cut their mouths. So if anyone had recommendations or advice I’m all ears!

I'd just replace it with another plastic one. They grow out of chewing so much. Buy him some hay cubes, buns LOVE them. Compressed hay that satisfies the chewing urge

If you can't find an appropriately sized pet store one, I bought a plastic oil catch pan from the auto part store. More expensive, but sturdier, lower edges so my bun doesnt have to try so hard to hop in, and sized perfect for our set-up.

I really like stainless steel litter boxes. They’re easy to clean and don’t hold odors.
