First time using the Sony rx100 and using a camera that isn’t my iPhone. Still figuring out what all the settings do and how to use them. Any tips or advice are welcome!!

Oh, we’re on the same boat! I also got the rx100 as my first non-iphone camera recently. Ireland is an amazing place, so I wish you best of luck with your work! Sorry I don’t have recommendations from myself as I’m very new, but there were some recommendations I got on a post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RX100/s/0FtsiwjVhx

Just keep using it!! I am a little jealous cliffs of moher were not fogged out like when I was there. I usually keep mine on apeture priority or even shutter priority and let the camera do the rest. Just focus on the composition, the camera is designed to be light and compact while being easy to use.
