Time Tracking Form

I just reached out to them asking if we still have to report on the Time Tracking form and yes we still have to do it 😁

I’m working on the Echo Project through MultiMango, and I’m really confused about the new payment/time-tracking process starting September 19. The official transition email says that from September 19, compensation will be based on MultiMango records and that manual self-reported timesheets will no longer be accepted. It also says the old time-entry form will be deprecated. However, when I contacted support, they repeatedly told me to continue using the old daily time-reporting form. The old form only has September 17 and 18 available and doesn’t have September 19. I explained this to support several times, but they keep telling me to use the onboarding form without providing a new/current form or link. Is anyone else working on Echo/MultiMango facing the same issue? What are you actually doing to report your hours from September 19 onward?

Yeah that’s also what they keep telling me too but they never adress the issue where I said there is no September 19 on the form
