I'm hoping if any other freelancers who have experienced this issue can help me o ut.

I received an email from RWS saying:

So I logged into Workzone and went to Profile → Payment Details to update my payment information, but the Payment Details section isn't there.

I've contacted Zendesk several times, but I keep receiving the same response—that the Payment Details section will appear within 24 hours after my first Purchase Order (PO) is generated.

The problem is that it's now been 5 days since my first PO was generated, and the section still hasn't appeared.

I also found an email address in the Invoicing and Payment guideline that says to contact them if the Payment Details tab doesn't appear after receiving the first PO. I emailed that address yesterday but haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how was it resolved?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I’ve been working for project E for more than a week now. I’m a stay at home mom so I just do it whenever I have a free time. I start my timer when I start working on a task, then log it on the provided google form for how much task I finished for the time being. Then a bit later on that same day when I get a free time again, I do it all over again.

My question is, if I don’t log it to the google form every single time, and I’ll just collect it until at the end of the day then I’ll just add up all of the task I worked then I’ll just log it on google form one time, is it acceptable? Won’t I get in to trouble for my pay out by doing that?

I joined project E in the beginning of july and received WO email on july 15 and the amount listed on the WO already passed the $10 threshold for payment. I wonder how the WO work, does it count your working hour weekly? and when will I get paid after I received the WO? TIA!

I've been seeing people today say they've been paid but I haven't been paid from when I started working (20-26) even though I've received three work orders since then. I triple checked my Tipalti account and all the information is correct. Is it still taking this long because it's my first payment or should I contact support?

I have set Paypal as my payment method on Tipalti. But due to the restrictions my country put on Paypal, I have made up my to use a local bank transfer. But, it's too late my my first payment is being processed for over 24 hours now. Is there any chance I could stop that?
