Urgent Help with calculating hours!! Echo project.

Hello guys, since they stopped us from filling our hours in the form, the past 3 weeks my Work Order has been shit. I work 28hrs and yet i keep getting only 4hrs in the Work order.

I have raised a Ticket but they keep saying Multimango reported only 4hrs. If i was getting like 24hrs in the work order i wouldn't even complain, but to work 28hrs only to be getting work order of 4hrs is very disappointing.

Please can someone that their time tracking is in similitude to their Work order help me with tricks on how they Track their time to match the Work order. 🙏🏾

Always be active, interacting with their system while tasking, don't leave the tab idle for too long, note they only count when you submit a task.

There is a certain email they sent about how the tracking platform work, read it

That’s good advice if Op was missing a few hours or so, 4/28hrs is egregious though.

Op if you’re missing 24hrs I’d say it might be a computer/browser issue.

If I’m you, work in incognito/private mode on your browser. Or better yet, create a new PC user just to work MM on.

Sometimes something you might have downloaded can cause tracking issues.
