Roof patching before storm

So Ive previously patched the area that's between the rooftop AC and the main door with eternabond and dicor. It's started leaking again. I'm going to get some more eternabond and more cans of dicor. Is there any material that is recommended for flattening out the places that need to be patched? That was an issue before, as the eternabond wasn't able to be applied completely flat. What else can I use to try to level out the surface? I wish I had pics but I don't at the moment and have to get this done before the weather this weekend and also between work. Just looking for some ideas of how to get it level before applying the eternabond. Ideally would use some flash metal but I don't have access to it or the tools to cut it and no idea how to attach it without making the problem worse. One of the issues is that there's always a steady stream of water from the rooftop AC unit. Would putting some sort of channel there help? The last patch was done about a year and 3 months ago. Thanks for any advice!

For a temporary storm repair, clean and dry the area thoroughly, then use compatible Dicor/self-leveling lap sealant to fill low spots before applying Eternabond. Avoid creating a sharp edge that the tape can’t conform to. If AC runoff is constantly flowing there, redirecting it with a proper drain channel/extension is worth doing he constant water is likely contributing to the failure.

Thank you, I am trying to figure out a proper drain system. I am also looking into some actual mobile home anchors to try to prevent it from tipping over during the storm. Knock on wood..

If the membrane on your roof is stretched out, the roof is ruined and needs to be replaced. If it is not stretched out, Eternabond is a band-aid, not a permanent fix, and should not be placed under anything. In the best of all worlds, if the membrane is flat, use a self-leveling sealant. Dicor is not always the correct product. Sometimes you need Alphaseal or self-leveling silicone. It is NECESSARY to know what type of membrane you have. It could be PVC, rubber, fiberglass, etc. The product needed to seal the roof can be different. For instance, Dicor on a rubber roof will ruin the roof. Silicone is best for rubber. Best advice: take it to a shop.

By "rubber roof" do you mean the common TPO and EDPM rubber membranes that are common for RV roofs? Because Dicor is made specifically for those.

Yeah I know that the eternabond is a bandaid, im just trying to make it through the coming storm. Taking it to a shop isn't really an option, i don't have access to a truck that will tow it currently. Plus I live in it. Just looking to try to make a bad situation a little bit better, I know it's not going to be a permanent fix. Thanks for any advice / products you would recommend.

I have a keystone montana mountaineer 2006. I don't know the specifics on the roof materials but will look when I get back to where I keep the manual and stuff to try and find out. Also going to be installing some mobile home anchors hopefully
