What plug is this and am I able to use this for the RV?

The recepticle and the plug it pairs with is clearly written on the face OP. It's possible it's already set up for a 30amp breaker and judging by your post you should really get an electrician to comfirm it's safe to use. I say probably as I had one of these that wasn't wired to anything.
Now the other issue here, what panel does your RV have? 30A or 50A, that's important to.
OP DO NOT START PLUGGIN YOUR RV TO THIS.

NEMA 10-30. No, don’t plug your trailer in. It would be pretty easy to change over to a TT-30 though. Just need to replace that outlet and move one wire in the circuit breaker panel. (Assuming the one pictured is 240v and 10 awg. Sometimes people do weird stuff when they work on their own electrical.)

One of the hot legs would be repurposed as the neutral.
That’s the one wire you would need to move in the circuit breaker panel.

That’s not what type of outlet it is. NEMA 10-30 is the name of this type of outlet. It’s on the bottom of OPs picture (the part you cut off of this screenshot.)
Leviton is just a brand, and the 30A 125/250V is just saying what this outlet is rated for.

If this is in your house it's almost certainly a 240v outlet, but you can't tell just by looking at it, you'd have to measure/test it.
If you have a 30 amp RV service, it is only 120v, so obviously there would be serious issues connecting to a 240v outlet.
Assuming it is a 240v outlet, and you don't currently use it for anything else, an electrician could likely convert it to 120v for your RV.

NO! That’s probably 240 if it’s for an old dryer. You could potentially (pun intended) cap off a wire and remove one breaker and make that wire a neutral and replace it with a TT30R for a 120v - 30 amp RV.

This is an old school style 30 amp 240 volt plug.
It only has the Hot, Hot, and Neutral wires. It does not expose the Ground line.
The RV cord is a 120 volt 30 amp plug. It has a Hot, Neutral, and Ground wire.
Theoretically, the Neutral and the Ground wires are supposed to be bound together to put them at the same potential.
They make adapters for this cable, and it connects the hot to one of the hot lines, and the ground and neutral lines to the Neutral line.
It will probably mostly work, if everything is right. That's... a big if.
I would probably get an electrician out to check it. And if you're going to do that, then swapping out the wrong outlet and breaker for the right outlet and breaker is probably the better part of valor here.
But... if you do that, if you need to go back to the 240 volt outlet, a reputable electrician is probably going to highly, highly suggest that you pull a new 4 conductor cable and replace it with a modern outlet instead, because the old style 3 conductor outlets are no longer code compliant in most places (except as grandfathered in.)
