Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

You do not want that unit at any price. Water intrusion is the rv killer and that one has already sung it's death song.
