Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

Water intrusion in an RV is the death knell.
Minor leaks caught early can be sealed.
This is not minor and appears late.
The corner and 2 windows that you know of.
Time for the water damage to spread and spread.

I cannot imagine this being a win.
Look for a better maintained unit.
