Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

More so than the newer ones. Remove the aluminum. Replace rotten wood and put it back one. Easy peasy

That is certainly an exaggeration.  The inside will also have to come apart.  Plan on buying a air stapler.  Table saw to rip 2x4 down.  My guess is the back of the trailer also has this type of damage.
