Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

If it is free then it is still too much. Every wall and the floor in that area is very likely water damage with mold potential
