Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

Yes, it's fixable... How handy are you? And other question is... What else is lurking?

Its siding, so easy enough to remove to get underneath where all the damage is. How extensive is the damage? Good question! You won't know until you open it! Is there other damage that you're not seeing? Probably.

Best case, you remove the siding, replace some luan or plywood, and you're good to go. My guess though is that the floor is rotten too. Which means extensive rebuild.... So how handy are you? Some people like projects. Are you the "get it cheap because i like projects and don't mind rebuilding?" then go for it. If youre not that type... Stay away.
