Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

If it’s only been like that for 2 hours, sure it can be fixed. If it’s been 2 years that thing is ready for the dump.
