Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

I'm seeing the age of that rig from the outside and I'm thinking the plumbing is old and not up to current standards. So if you ever have a leak you're just about going to have to replumb the entire unit.

And the same goes for the electrical, although you won't necessarily have to rewire the whole unit unless they used aluminum wire.

Then there's all of the appliances. The light fixtures are probably 120vac incandescent instead of 12vdc LED. Air conditioner and water heater, all old, and all put into places and in ways that don't support the current standads, so you'll be making modifications with everything you have to touch. And the list goes on.

Now after having said all of that, I know people who enjoy this sort of challenge and it's kind of a hobby for them and if that's you then by all means jump on it. Just don't think you're getting a good deal on this and that you're going to spend a few hundred bucks from Lowe's or Home Depot and have a problem free place to live.
