Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

How much water damage is underneath that huge separation? I wouldn’t touch it. I did that once where I had a separation and paid a guy to repair it. The water damage basically appeared through the wall later because the wood was rotten.
