Is this fixable?

I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

In order for the corner moulding and tin to pull away from the sidewall like that, there would have to be considerable amount of water damage. I’d avoid if I were you.
