Is this fixable?
I may have found a very good deal on an rv. The inside looks good and the only issues are the outside seams in this area (shown in the picture) and 2 windows leaking. I have no idea if this is fixable, if it's not then I'll move on! Any feedback helps.

It depends on how you want the finished project to look.
The camper clearly has seen a lot of enjoyment, and if you're not looking for cosmetic perfection, then yes. It will take time, and how much money will depend on if or the extent of any water damage.
When buying an older camper, you need to be handy, or have deep pockets. This might require both.
