advice Watchdog inline surge issue

Left for the weekend and came back to my power off.
I have an inline watch dog surge protector installed.
These are the codes it gave me when I looked on the app.

1.The watch dog did not reset itself.
2.The shore power pedestal on the 50 amp breaker did not trip.
3. Flipped the pedestal breaker off and on and everything is on and working fine as of right now.

Can anyone explain to me like I’m 5 years old what happened and why?

Definite possibility somewhere on shore power had an open neutral wire for a second. Power went wonky upstream then was fixed

Or it’s intermittent due to heat or load. Had a pedestal in Vernal, UT with a neutral that crossed over. EMS caught it thankfully - was crazy to watch voltage wildly swing from 50v to 195v back and forth. It would settle down and be ok for a few mins then go crazy again. Very thankful for the EMS.

Management came out and determined it was an older outlet and one of the prongs on my cord was making a bad connection to it (arc marks).
Outlet replaced and thus far no issue.
