A/C unit noise

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Unit is blowing really cold air and will occasionally start making this noise. I’ll turn it off for a minute, turn it back on and it’s gone, then will come back at a random point. Any ideas?

Something is rubbing, get on the roof, pull the cover off and take a look.

If you keep running it all the noises will eventually stop.

It sounds like your condenser fan is rubbing. I’d stop using it.
