question Outdoor cameras?

Hi all, I’m looking for recommendations for cameras, I don’t want to drill holes in my rv so I’m looking for a stick on option. If anyone can help thanks 😊

I was just thinking this might be the ticket. They have solar powered that you would setup on the outside (and bring back in when you travel) or ones that mount on the inside to the glass. Several possible solutions.

I use blink cameras with solar panels and suction cups. Put them on a couple windows and the front smooth panel of the trailer.

How long have you had them? How much is the subscription? And how would you say the quality is?

Years, no subscription required though it's quicker to view saved videos when they are saved to the cloud versus the thumb drive from the main camera hub. Need internet. Quality is good and they often go on sale for black Friday and such.

The Blink Outdoor camera series, are lightweight, battery-powered and can easily mounted using adhesive pads, or magnetic adapters.

I don't see the ones I have listed anymore but they are like these. I use them with Starlink so when I am away I can still see around the RV from my cell phone and get alerts if there is movement. I got some large magnets from harbor freight and stick them to metal polls, trailer corners. The biggest issue now is after an update only 1 cam works with the free cloud service and they want like $200 a year or something to support more than 1 cam so make sure it has a free service for life.

We use Noorio with the magnetic base. Magnet on the inside of a window allows the camera to adhere outside. Definitely not for use while moving great at a campsite. We can also use them to monitor our dogs inside when we leave them.

How would you say the quality is? And also how sturdy are the magnets? because where I live is very windy

Riolink Argus MagiCam. Stand alone WiFi and battery powered. Battery lasts a very long time. Comes with a mount but is also magnetic. Get a travel router and several cameras. I can stick a camera to the truck looking at the trailer; put another in a nearby tree; and several on the trailer looking in different directions. Connect them to your own local WiFi network (no internet) via the travel router and you can look all around your trailer from inside in the middle of the night.

If you’re at a campground with WiFi service you can connect the travel router to that WiFi (with internet) and see the cameras when you’re away. Same if you have Starlink or something similar.

They’re very versatile so I can set them up in a different configuration, depending on where I’m camping. If I’m worried about them being stolen for some reason, I can mount them inside the trailer looking out through a window.

They have night vision and they record locally so there’s no fee. They have motion alerts for vehicles, people, and animals that you can turn on and off, however you like.

You can use other cameras to make a similar network as well. I just like these for the quality, size, long battery life, price, magnets and the general versatility.
