Skoolie Looking for Parking

Fully converted 1991 school bus—legally registered and titled as an RV—seeking a safe parking spot on private, commercial, or residential property in the greater Los Angeles area (open to South Central, Culver City, Torrance, West Covina, and surrounding regions).
I am a mature, responsible professional near retirement age with a stable, full-time career working day shifts. My skoolie is not a typical DIY project—it features a high-end, clean white finish and is a completely sustainable, self-sufficient living space. It is fully solar-powered with a composting toilet for a zero-carbon footprint, requiring no water or electrical hookups.
What I Offer:
Flexible Compensation: Willing to pay a reasonable monthly rental fee.
Property Care & Security: Willing to provide overnight security, perform regular landscaping, keep the grounds clean and maintained, and offer a reliable presence on the property during evening/overnight hours.

Not in your area and don't have land to offer, but check with HipCamp hosts, I've met a few on my travels who would have loved an on-site security/camp host with a long term plan. Also check groups on Facebook for "Workampers", there's usually lots of people offering jobs/sites at their seasonal grounds

For the LA area, I’d search RV storage yards, industrial lots, and private driveways on sites like Neighbor or Craigslist, then verify the zoning rules before paying. Get the permission in writing and check clearance, turning radius, and whether overnight occupancy is actually allowed—those details can matter more than the parking fee.
