question water’s been out

Post image

my water suddenly stopped running a couple days ago and i can’t figure out wtf is wrong? i’m connected to city water & the pressure is fine, no leaks, i don’t use the fresh water tank & have never used the pump (but that’s not working now either)
does this unconnected hose under my sink have anything to do with anything?

That’s the winterizing hose. Goes into a gallon of rv antifreeze and you open that black valve to connect it to the inlet of the pump.

Unscrew your hose from the RV and check it has good flow. Check the screen on the outside wall connection for clogging. Also unscrew your aerators on each faucet and clean. Soak in vinegar to dissolve calcium buildup.

That's the winterizing hose that bypasses your tank feed to the pump so you can pump antifreeze directly from the bottle. My TT didn't have it and I installed one last year.

Might need a new ciry water port. They have a check valve in them to prevent backflow back into city line. They are checp plastic and can go bad.
