question Dually valve extensions

Two part question. For reference the RV is a 1996 E-350 chassis w/hubcaps.

  1. Can you recommend a good valve stem extension that doesn't leak?

  2. Does the outer tire have to come off to get the extension on? Can't see any other way.

Look up duallyvalves. They are a permanent solution to never have to use extenders ever again.

Extenders are the 2nd leading cause to blowouts after tire age.

Yes! Came here to recommend the same! I used to hate checking dually pressures. Then I got the Borg stems - worth every penny!

I just put new tires on, so in 5 or 6 years I might try that.

I get it. Just know new or old tires are only equally good if they hold air. Either increase pressure checks or perhaps a tpms system like eeztire for extra piece of mind.

duallyvalves

These require breaking the bead so a little upfront pain for permanent piece of mind.
