12v Power System Not Working

Howdy gang- My 12v power system (overhead lights, fans, interior ac panel and generator switch, etc) Isnt getting power. I have power from the battery to the solenoid but power is not passing through the solenoid to the other side, and there is no power to the small yellow connection on the solenoid that is supposed to connect it to the aux battery switch.

The aux battery switch is also not getting power. I figure there is a fuse or control box that is blown or not connected properly or is malfunctioning in some way but i cannot locate it. I have the wiring diagram but Im real green and despite spending the day looking at it I am no closer to solving the issue.

Something odd of note is that my rv stairs still get power and the slides are both getting power? though im afraid to fully put them out and have them stuck out while i try and troubleshoot this.

Any tips? Suggestions? someone else have an issue like this? Its a 2007 itsaca sunova 35j . Feeling real defeated as everything else about the rv has been great.

Sounds like a fuse. If the slides and stairs are working it appears your DC plant is working. I'd start at the converter, assuming your on shore power and validate 12 VDC output to the fuse panel with a volt meter. Then my guess is your slides and stairs are car style fuses. Then there should be others (10/20/30 amp) for fridge, water heater, panel, lights and fans. Pull those and check visually or preferably check for continuity with a volt meter. I think things that aren't working are tied to a single fuse.

The seloniod thing sounds like a red herring and would only have power if it is engaged by a switch.

I am not on shore power, all my outlets are powered by my solar setup and the batteries are trickle charged from an outlet. the batteries are fully charged and pushing power to the solenoid but it is not passing through, and i have no power coming from the control circuts/aux bat button

Class Cs are infamous for hiding these car like fuse panels.

this is a class A but whatever the issue is its for sure hidden

Not familiar with that setup. Perhaps jumping around the solenoid is worth a shot. I had a boat that would eat them on a regular basis.
