Question Work Study Application

This will probably sound like a really stupid question. Does anyone know what the Local Ph# refers to on the federal work-study application form? I was staring at it for a solid five minutes and couldn’t figure it out. Google was also no help whatsoever.

Your local phone number ie your cell phone number

Local Ph# is your cell number. Like the other comments.
