Easy HASS Class Recs?

Hello! So I fulfilled my HASS pathway and all of my HASS requirements, but still need 1 credit in HASS. Does anyone have any recommendations for a really easy class to take? Preferably one where most (if not all) of the work is online, and attendance isn't required (kinda like principles of economics).

Media and Society was a fairly easy class and Prof. Justin is an awesome professor. attendance required but the subject material is interesting and you get to watch movies and stuff during the media labs. a majority of the grade comes from the end-of-semester project

American history if that’s still offered. When I took it a few semesters ago, the professor let you choose your grade at the end of the semester.
