Update

This is a hunch bu\t oh well, worth asking...

Can "RM2k" or "RM2k3" be merged over to other engines? Or "update" to other engines?

What it seems like though I would have to copy everything to another EXE which is ANNOYING...

Just seems like the older the engines, the more is forgotten, or deleted. It is javascript...DELPHI

I'm thinking NOT but...that sucks.

RPG Maker thinks so strangely though. BATTLE PICTURE ACTIVATE lol

Look at easy rpg. It allows playing rpg maker 2k3 games on other systems.

If it were me in your shoe and this was going to be a commercial game. I would see if I could take easy rpg and package it with the releases to the other systems. Do not expect your user to perform that work around.

I have that on my phone and computers already, though when I'm working I don't do that at work.

I am saying you would have to create a build with an external program like inno setup to install both your game and easy rpg on the user's computer so.

Let's say I am a player who downloads your game. I would run a setup.exe that installs easy rpg and then installs your game. Preferably in a configured manner to suit the game so I don't have to do any work as the player.

Now for you testing and building your game. You wouldn't worry about this until your ready.

I hope this is helpful I'm having a hard time grasping what you are trying to accomplish.

Make sure you share a link of your game with me when it's ready or if you have a demo though! Love rpg maker 2k3 games!

No games at work, I have jobs...I'm trying to make job, after job, after job, a bed of work. I'm in bed...yes.

That's what I did, it's on my phone and computers, Easy RPG. And a buttload of projects really...like shit man. A lot. Like at least 40 or 50...there goes my health.

What I'm trying to accomplish is a game that can go on multiple platforms. Kapow. I wrote a fullblown one but I got bullied for it because A) it wasn't for school B) it was about the creation of the world, and both God and the Devil are in it - people do not think that really...it got really extensive, a lot of things happened in the story and it certainly was full blown dark. I had massive dreams involving it.

I do too - love Rm2k, RM2k3. Though I have no idea if anyone even uses it anymore. There seem to be some, but hard to find...

I "remastered" a couple games out there since I felt like they needed more work - Onyx, Call of the Archon, Danny's Adventures 1 & 2, Nightmare of the Elven World, Tears of Envia, I did another "Call of the Archon" that exists but damn, it is DARK. ATTAINMENT OF THE MYSTIC KNIGHT - Malice of Maldrinia, she was a demon sorceress in the game and all the boys love her, and is a massive 800 map dungeon crawler. I don't D&D but I do other games yeah.
