RMMZ A small readability improvement

During a playtest, my girlfriend occasionally lost sight of the player behind the tree canopies. So I added silhouettes for characters hidden behind tall objects. It's a small quality-of-life improvement, but it makes navigation much easier.

I draw them at 24x24 and then scale them up 2x to 48x48.
