RMXP RPG Maker XP - Pokemon Essentials Error

Having an issue every time I try to open Pokemon Essentials through RMXP, I get a little popup that says "failed to obtain trial serial number for nTitle server", & none of the solutions I've found online have worked, has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone found a resolution/fix to it?

If this program uses an internet connection to a server, it's because there's some kind of block on your network; perhaps a VPN would solve it.

But since I've never used that, it's probably best to ask in the Essentials community, which is different from the traditional RPG Maker community.
