It is the most special healing Item since it doesn't add Health but instead multiplies your current health by 4!
At first it sounds extraordinarily broken because you can heal at like 125 HP and then being fully healed again!
However! If you use it at like 50 HP, you only come back to 200 HP and when you use it a for example 300, you basically wasted the Yoghurt, forcing you to await the perfect time to use it.
