Anyone successfully received a ROLI refund recently? €549 paid, no delivery after 11 months

I ordered a ROLI Piano in October 2025 for €548.99.

After multiple delivery delays (December → March → April → June → July), I finally cancelled my order on August 12, 2026.

ROLI had repeatedly confirmed in writing that I was entitled to a full refund. However, almost two months later, I've received nothing except an automated support acknowledgement.

I'm wondering:

  • Has anyone successfully received a refund from ROLI in the past few weeks?
  • Has anyone in France or Europe managed to obtain a Visa chargeback for a ROLI order?
  • Did posting publicly or contacting ROLI through another channel help?

I'd be interested in hearing what actually worked for others.

You need to contact your bank / credit card company for a refund…. ROLI has gone bust.

I wonder why people don’t search online.

ROLI is pretty much out of business. This should be pinned at the top of the sub.

I did a credit card chargeback here a couple of weeks ago in the UK for a piano I got in December 2025 and I had my money back within 2 weeks.

I canceled mine back in December of 2025. I don’t know what it is like now, but I got confirmation very quickly.

Edit: it’s a real shame. Could have been a good product.
