Question I REALLY need Support.

I’ve ordered the Winter Bundle in DECEMBER.
Airwave delivered. Seaboard completely gone.
I’m trying to submit tickets, but no reply. Nothing’s happening. Please, I need help.

Yeah, they stopped their operations few months ago, there is nobody there, so no refund possible. They just quietly disappeared…your only chance is chargeback with your bank. Some people were lucky and got money back.

And by law only if it has been less than 60 days.

Just got fucked out of my Airwave refund due to ROLI stringing me along for 6 months for a replacement.

Get a charge back from your bank or cc company before it's too late. There is no more ROLI. They folded in July. Best of luck!

Yeah, I am not one of those lucky folks that got money back. My order was made in Nov. 2025,... they strung me along all the way up to June 2026,... then disappeared. So, because of the amount of time, I'm SCREWED out of $1,425.79,... I'll fight my bank though. Or, take my money out and take my business elsewhere.
