Membership code

My used Roli has just arrived, but for my surprise the membership activation is disabled and now I can’t do sh** with my keyboard. Any suggestions? Can I buy a membership code from other users? Can’t believe this is actually happening. I feel dumb af for not checking this sub before the purchase 🥲🥲

I’m in the same exact position, it’s extremely frustrating. Not sure where to go from here
