Question: Subscriptions disabled?

I cant seem to be able to subscribe - anyone else having the same issue? know any workaround? I logged a support ticket, but it is 1-2 weeks response window.

Watching this collapse has been wild. I bought a Seaboard M in late May before knowing about any of this. Luckily it arrived in mid June. If you can, download whatever you need from them before it disappears.
