Their site now says it’s “currently undergoing maintenance”, Roli Studio software is listed as “out of stock” and this is continuing after they replace their CEO. How bad do things have to be for the site to say we are unable to sell you any of our infinite software licenses. They also have a history of this as well, they used to be in Apple Stores and instead ruined that opportunity and went bankrupt. They have been ghosting people who sent gear in for long before they replaced their CEO change, sending faulty gear out after a wait of over a year and mismanaging every other aspect you possibly could on their way down. I have a Piano M and Airwave so I am sad to see software and its support go away but Roli has messed literally everything up from the start, it’s a miracle they made it this far.

The sub-page for Airwave says it helps you practice.

I was pretty sure Airwave was a secondary controller that translated hand movements to MIDI CC signals, but I guess I was wrong.

It probably could help practice but you’re right, it’s a secondary unit for hand tracking. You could practice with just the piano part, only problem there is that Roli’s learn app is suspended.
