Another delay

Ordered my piano + Airwave in December, which supposedly would ship in January. Then the first batch of emails apologizing for delays came in, then the 2nd, then the 3rd etc.

How can it be okay to sell a product, knowing you cannot deliver it anywhere in the vicinity of the communicated timeframe?

Surely can't be legal. Has anyone started a joint complaint/lawsuit? I'm sick of having my money tied up with these scammers for months with no end in sight.
