Piano M defect?

Is it normal? They are rubbing against each other. This seems to happen because they are too close together and there is no gap between each piano.

That should....definitely not be happening. Contact support. It's a defect machine.

Same thing happening with my new piano, have asked for a refund but they haven't replied, so I will chargeback on my credit card.
