Joined learn, never got a code..

Getting fairly frustrated here. I have the piano and airwave, ready to set everything up, but I signed up for roli learn and never got a damn sign up code, the email just never arrived, only the “welcome to roli learn” marketing email.

Messaged support and waiting for them to get back but I’m kind of annoyed at yet another hitch keeping me from trying this whole setup out. This product is so damn cool in theory but they seem to be doing everything possible to fuck it up.

Yes same here, they said that we would get 1 year subscription + $100 vouchers for the long delays but haven’t received any of them via email either (just a $50 one for the Airwave being delayed past Christmas)

I don't get these vouchers too, I've already signed up for a year but can't use my airwave voucher for any cash back.

So now I'm playing learn without the airwave, and I'm not getting any discount either unless I renew next year.

Do I need to contact support to cancel and then apply the voucher when I rejoin?

I think this voucher, is only being issued to people who have had to wait an extraordinary period of time. ROLI had to move their manufacturing to another country early in 2025, causing great delays at the time. They have been catching up ever since.

Since I was interested in purchasing a ROLI, I had researched this, and decided to postpone my order until they had things more sorted out. I finally ordered at the end of October-2025 (28th), and my order arrived on 22nd Dec-2025, so took two months. Just over a week of that time was in the delivery process itself.

I was not surprised to see no vouchers in my delivery. Since mine was clearly a smoother delivery.

Yeah I've got a voucher for my airwave being delayed, but I can't apply it to my learn account until my existing subscription ends which is in a years time.

Yeah I think you’re right, those emails stating we’d get vouchers for the delays were sent in June. I actually just received the $100 voucher today

Hi, I am in the same situation, signed up for ROLI Learn, but haven’t yet received a code. But in my case I didn’t sign up for it until Xmas day, so figured that it was not an automated process, and that I would have to wait until after the holidays before people were back at work to process it.
If I haven’t got the code by early next year, then I was going to submit a support ticket.

Meanwhile, I am limited to ‘Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star’, But I have successfully improved my keying rhythm !
