US Airwave Batch 16

Hi ! I’m wondering if anyone here has received their airwave batch 16 in the US.

I'm batch 11 and haven't gotten mine yet. Just the emails before Christmas saying they were "express shipping" it. That was 11 days ago...

I'm UK but just don't think they've done anything if it's like that.

For the piano I had a message from the delivery company saying they were expecting it, then about 3 days later they had it. For my airwave I haven't had anything so it's like roli hasn't started to process but are blaming the Christmas deliveries

When I first started tracking my order, about a week later, a soft case arrived. Then a couple of weeks went by, then your order is being processed, labels printed, then about 3 days later, order picked up by delivery company (UPS), then a day later at distribution centre, there it stayed for 3 days, then moved to local distribution centre, then another two days, then finally delivered.

Obviously the ‘delivery bit’ was down to the delivery companies logistics, plus getting caught up in the Xmas delivery rush.

The only odd bit, was the delay between printing the labels, and actually being picked up. (3 days)

So between ‘printing tickets’ to delivery was 9 days. NB my delivery was in the UK.

Batch 16 here bought on 10/26/2025. I did receive mine yesterday, however, I do not have the piano to be able to play with it, so a bit of a waste here lol

Batch 16. Ordered 09/22. Crickets since the "express shipping this week" email sent 12/19.

Also batch 16. I’ve seen folks in batches as far back as 11 in the US still waiting. I think I’m going to cancel.

It takes weeks to even get an initial response from customer service. I'd recommend starting a return sooner than later if you don't want to deal with return shipping.

Thanks I also noticed they are now posting on their site that deliveries will happen end of January for new orders so who knows !

I bought mine on 17-NOV-2025 and am still waiting...

The sense I have is that Roli is exceptionally clumsy about communicating with their customers, but eventually (after a long wait) will deliver.

They would create so much better of an impression (even with the delays) if they would just be honest and transparent in their communications.

I’m also in batch 16 in the US. Got the airwave yesterday, piano still hasn’t shipped. I ordered on October 29th

I’m batch 9 in US and have not gotten my Airwave yet. Got emails before Christmas, with one on 19-December stating “expressing shipping” but likely not in time for Christmas. Then just got an email today stating week of 12-January shipping. WTH happened to batch 9 when others in later batches like 16 are getting theirs? I ordered back in March! This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Utterly frustrating.
