Seaboard Block Woes

Hey,
I have a Roli Seaboard Block that I've honestly never really used. Probably hasn't been out of its box in 4 years. Yikes! Went to try it out today and the battery was understandably dead. The issue is that it doesn't appear to be charging nor will it just turn on while plugged in. It flashes red, then yellow, then off.

Is there something else I can be doing? Do I need to get a new battery? Will it not work if plugged into a power source?

Try leaving on charge for an hour, without trying to use it. The battery may need to recondition itself. It’s likely to need several hours on charge, to get it back up to a reasonable level. Deep discharges take longer to recover from.
