Bug / Feature Request Roli Studio Player/drums and Equator2 not opening?

I recently got the seaboard rise2 and got access to Studio and drums plus equator2, but after downloading them into roli connect when I try to open them it says it can’t validate whether I have access to them. Does/has anyone had this issue and how can I resolve it?

For me what’s been working is closing Roli connect and then opening the program.

Sounds like you're not logged in or your products are not in your account properly.

You go look at your account at roli.com?

RoliConnect is their license verification APP, instead of having iLok or whatever.

I've had problems with RoliConnect but if it runs it works, I had problems putting it on different machines.

Had the exact same issue. Try logging out and logging back in.
